Alexa upgrade? November 5, 2006

Posted by Andrew Wee in : web analytics , trackback

You might’ve found that Alexa was a little slow, or chugging along a couple of hours ago.

Everything seems to have stabilized somewhat, and it looks like they’ve some upgrades in place.

Here’s what you can do now.

Alexa 061105

You can do charting on a 7 day basis and toggle it to a duration of 5 years.

Not bad considering that the shortest span was about 1 month previously.

There’s also a new ’smoothing’ feature which lets you smooth out the fluctuations so that you have a smoother graph.

I don’t recall if there was a permalink feature before, but there is one now.

Next up: a RSS feed?

I must go check Alexa to see how my sites are doing. Nice to see you did an upgrade to your blogs template. I really like the colors and the way everything is presented, a big improvement over the other template. The only thing is the font, you really should make them bigger. :D
