However, if someone who ads me has a high number of followers yet follows less, I am more like to give them a follow back. ( If I feel their tweets are useful to me) However, whenever I find the opposite is true (low followers and they follow an outrageous amount of people) I don't even bother looking at their tweets to see if I'm interested in what they are tweeting.
