First of all, I would NEVER quit without having A LIST that generates me at least 3-5K USD a month CONSISTENTLY for 3-6 months at least. That list is my asset. Most marketer's mistake is quitting their day job without having any asset. And yes, Adsense is not an asset. So does CPA marketing by PPC (without collecting the list).
