I thought there was some type of law or regulation against these programs that make outrageous claims. I guess with slick marketing tactics, you can navigate around a few laws and regulations.

I wish I fell into that category of people, you mentioned, who made a lot of money right off the bat. For most of us, it takes time to generate significant earnings online so the sooner you get started the better.

Hey Andrew,
I especially liked that "Action Talks" statement. I think being action-oriented is first criteria & that cannot be overestimated. I shall be continued till one succeeds. You are right about those affiliate programs that many buyers don't land up using. No matter what kinda business it is, it would not work for those IMs who don't work for it.

I think I experience a slightly different form of laziness. I never fall for the "business-in-a-box" type stuff, but I do collect quite a bit of affiliate marketing "how to" material. I tend to study the material and get started, but then I jump around a bit instead of following through in the correct order. I tell myself "I'll come back to that later", and I never do, or I find out later that I've skipped a critical step.
