About Andrew
Hi, I’m Andrew Wee, an Asia-based internet marketer.
I’ve been involved in the online world since 1997, having worked at one of Asia’s first content portals and helping to develop and project manage several content sites focused on verticals such as news, stocks, mutual funds and consumer/entertainment.
I’ve also been involved in content creation as a reporter covering the technology and business beats. I’ve also experience in copytasting, copyediting and sub-editing.
Since 2001, I’ve had my own training and consulting business, working with brick-and-mortar businesses setting up their online presence, and startups on their business strategy and sales/marketing efforts.
Along the way, I’ve helped run a TV production studio, a business/enterprise software development firm and the training arm of an entertainment/artiste representation agency.
Oh yeah, I was one of the first Asian bloggers to be accepted into the 9Rules Blog network and am on the Yahoo! MyBlogLog board of advisors.
I’ve have spoken about business, entrepreneurship, social media, application development, Internet marketing and affiliate marketing at the following events:
